The Employment Support Learning Space project developed a learning space that provides access to information about programs and services in the Waterloo-Wellington area that can help you find a job, upgrade your skills and develop your career. You can also view additional employment related web sites that include job banks, job market information and education and training resources.
This interactive and searchable Community Learning Space is designed to be easy to use and to access from home, businesses, government, agencies, libraries, resource centres and community access points.
Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC), Kitchener-Waterloo Office provided funding for this project. The information was gathered by the Waterloo Wellington Training and Advisory Board (WWTAB) and has been updated by the Social Planning Council KW. The Waterloo Wellington Information Network (WWINET) provided additional resources. The Computer Systems Group at the University of Waterloo has developed the software that supports this site.
